The successful candidate will be committed to their work and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly flexible environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent technical and test support as part of our Level 2 team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport customers during online test sessions and offline ticket support\n\nCoordinate with support and development teams to resolve application and system issues\n\nDesign and maintain expertise in the flow of application process and systems related to the company\n\nAdminister and resolve application issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis\n\nMaintain good professional relationships with counterparts in engineering and customer support departments\n\nOrganize and implement projects ranging from small to medium size and assist with all processes under the guidance of Software Engineers\n\nPerform root cause assessment and debug all issues on server domains, ensuring application availability\n\nCoordinate with UAT department to assist in releases and deployments to various environments and production outputs\n\nProvide support, identify issues, and prepare appropriate documentation of all issues and solutions\n\nRecommend ways to optimize performance, provide solutions to problems, and prepare reports for all problems\n\nIdentify and provide resolutions ranging in complexity from medium to high\n\nEssential Experience and Qualifications:\nExperience supporting customers in the test phase and/or test experience\n\nKnowledge and experience administering or using Microsoft IIS\n\nKnowledge of database technologies (Microsoft SQL Server) and working fluency in SQL\n\nAbility to diagnose and address application issues\n\nWorking knowledge of IT hardware and software\n\nAbility to learn and master employer-specific software\n\nComplex problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nCustomer-focused with strong reporting skills\n\nDemonstrated ability to learn technical information, processes, and applications quickly\n\nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask within a fast-growing organization\n\nProactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrated flexibility\n\nDesired Experience and Qualifications:\nExperience with cloud infrastructure (Azure)\n\nExperience using tools like Postman to create and save simple and complex HTTP/s requests\n\nDegree-level qualification in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering\n\nBasic knowledge of programming concepts, preferably C#\n\nExperience in building effective relationships with development teams and clients\n\nThis position is a fixed-term maternity leave cover.
