and technical design decisions.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\nBackend : \n\n- Strong experience in Java (Java 8/11/17).\n\n- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices.\n\n- Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.\n\n- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and ORM frameworks.\n\n- Strong understanding of design patterns and OOP concepts.\n\nFrontend : \n\n- Strong experience with React.js.\n\n- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.\n\n- Experience with Redux, Context API, React Hooks.\n\n- Knowledge of responsive design and frontend performance optimization.\n\nDatabase & Tools : \n\n- Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.\n\n- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is preferred.\n\n- Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\n- Exposure to DevOps practices and containerized deployments.\n\n- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit,
