Job responsibilities will include cradle-to-grave contracts and agreements and subcontracts administration; cradle-to-grave review and administration of solicitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and proposal package submissions; cradle-to-grave administration of miscellaneous agreements such as consultant agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and teaming agreements; creation and maintenance of contract/subcontract documentation in both electronic and hard copy files in accordance with ISO and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements; maintenance of contracts/subcontracts database; support audits; other duties as assigned.\nThe work location for this position is Buffalo, NY/hybrid\nSalary Description:\n$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree \nCPCM or DAWIA a plus\nExcellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint)\nExperience:\n5+ years’ experience with federal contracts/subcontracts and/or federal grants/subawards\nWorking knowledge of FARS, DFARS, and other agency acquisition regulations\nHands-on experience administering DoD and/or other federal agency contracts, subcontracts, grants, subawards, and other types of agreements\nSolicitation/RFP/proposal experience including review, submission and negotiations\nContract administration problem-solving experience\nDeliverables tracking\nDeltek Cost Point experience is a plus \nSpecial Requirements:\nMust be able to obtain and remain eligible for a US Department of Defense security clearance.\nWhy CUBRC:\n401(k) - No Waiting Period\n3% company contribution in the first year of employment, Employee is not required to contribute to the plan to receive CUBRC’s contribution\nHealth Insurance - No Waiting Period - fixed cost depending on enrollment elections\nDental, Vision Insurance after 6 months - CUBRC pays 100% of cost for the employee and dependents\nLife Insurance after 6 months - CUBRC pays 100% of cost for the employee\nGenerous paid time off and company holidays\nFree beverages and stocked beverage refrigerators for employees\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
