This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional with a strong technical foundation who is ready to take greater ownership of deployments, migrations, network implementations, and infrastructure projects.\nYou will work across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, endpoint management, security, and infrastructure technologies while collaborating with internal teams and communicating directly with clients throughout project implementation.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and support IT projects including hardware deployments, network installations, Microsoft 365 migrations, cloud deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.\nAdminister and configure Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance, and OneDrive.\nConfigure and troubleshoot networking technologies, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewall rules, switches, wireless networks, and related infrastructure.\nDeploy and configure networking equipment, including platforms such as SonicWall, Meraki, and UniFi.\nManage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.\nAssist with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID administration, including virtual machines, networking, identity, resource management, and Conditional Access.\nConfigure and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy.\nConfigure email security and authentication records, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.\nPerform Windows hardware, software, driver, patching, and advanced technical troubleshooting as needed during project implementations.\nDocument project configurations, technical environments, changes, and completed work accurately.\nCommunicate directly with clients throughout projects, providing technical updates and coordinating implementation activities.\nIdentify technical risks or potential issues during projects and proactively work toward solutions.\nCoordinate with internal technical teams to ensure projects transition smoothly into ongoing support.\nTravel to client sites as needed for installations, network deployments, migrations, and other project work.\nSchedule\nFull-time position.\nSome projects may require evening or after-hours work to complete migrations, deployments, maintenance, or other activities that cannot be performed during normal client business hours.\nApproximately 25% travel to client locations.\nRequirements\n2+ years of professional technology/IT experience.\nStrong hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows endpoints and business IT environments.\nExperience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance, and OneDrive.\nHands-on networking configuration and troubleshooting experience with technologies such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewall rules, switches, and wireless networks.\nExperience working with networking hardware such as SonicWall, Meraki, UniFi, or similar platforms.\nExperience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Group Policy.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, including areas such as virtual machines, networking, and resource management.\nHands-on experience participating in IT projects such as hardware installations, network deployments, software migrations, Microsoft 365 migrations, or cloud deployments.\nExperience using an ITSM or ticketing platform and maintaining clear technical documentation.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through technical issues independently.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information directly to clients.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and project responsibilities in a fast-paced MSP environment.\nAuthorized to work in the United States.\nAble to travel to
