hotfixes, and upgrades.\nHandle security, performance, scalability, and reliability issues.\nSupport major incidents, outages, and critical escalations within SLAs.\nMaintain product documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.\nSupport platform evolution, enhancements, and release activities.\n Technical Support & Operations (L3 end to end)Provide L3 end to end support for application backend and cloud-related issues.\nAnalyze, debug, and resolve client-reported issues within defined SLAs.\nHandle customer issues through calls and end-to-end incident workflows.\nMonitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks.\nImplement preventive measures and performance optimizations.\nDevelop scripts to support operational tasks and automation needs.\n Typical Technical TasksPerform code-level analysis and debugging.\nConduct advanced system, OS, and network troubleshooting.\nDeploy security patches and emergency hotfixes.\nResolve High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) issues.\nCoordinate with development teams and OEMs when required.\n Project Deployment & ImplementationDesign and plan network and application architectures.\nPrepare cloud environments and deploy HA and DC-DR setups.\nDeploy, manage, and support Kubernetes clusters and applications.\nManage Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project deployments.\nAutomate server-side deployment and operational processes.\nEnsure timely issue resolution to avoid SLA breaches.\n Cloud & Infrastructure ManagementDeploy, manage, and maintain VM-based cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Tata, NTT, or equivalent).\nMonitor and optimize cloud resource usage and cost.\nManage cloud access, permissions, and RBAC policies.\nCreate and manage cloud and network resources as per project needs.\nMaintain on-premises server and network infrastructure.\nSupport UAT, staging, and production environments.\nRequired skills and qualifications\nRequired skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\n\nStrong experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment and troubleshooting\n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)\n\nKnowledge of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals\n\nExperience with scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)\n\nUnderstanding of HA, DR, and enterprise deployment architectures\n\nFamiliarity with SLA-driven support environments\n\nPreferred skills and qualifications\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) systems\n\nExposure
