The successful applicant should also be a responsible team-player, who is able to work individually and has strong attention to details in performing everyday tasks.\nResponsibilities\nRead blueprint drawings and follow work instructions\nCut, clean and debur pipes for brazing\nBraze A/C units from 2 - 90 tons\nInstall and Braze copper pipes, brass and stainless-steel to Victaulic fittings\nBraze pipes to HVAC components; compressors, expansion valves, filter driers, etc.\nMeet quality compliance requirements\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment with Safety First in mind\nFlexibility to work overtime on occasional evenings and weekends.\nFlexible to be re-assigned to other production lines as business needs\nWork in a non-climate-controlled environment\nQualifications\nMinimum 3 years brazing experience\nIntermediate level braze ability working with copper, brass, and stainless-steel fittings \nExperience brazing Brass/ S. Steel, Copper pipe (½ ” to 4.0 “OD copper).\nMust be able to braze 45% silfos to stainless steel with gas flux\nMust be able to use hand and pneumatic tools\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced production environment\nMust be able to stand, reach, bend, stoop and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.\nMust be able to perform duties as required under minimal supervision\nMust have sufficient working knowledge to pass brazing certification\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
