# Lecturer

Department/Unit: Centre for China Studies Closing Date: December 31, 2026 The Centre for China Studies (CCS) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong is a department-level unit that offers English-taught undergraduate and postgraduate programmes (including MA, MPhil and PhD) and commits to the highest international quality of interdisciplinary teaching and research on modern and contemporary China. The Centre is inviting applications for a Full-time Lecturer position to teach 5-6 courses per year across our MA and BA in China Studies programmes as well as the new China Studies & International Organizations and Global Governance Double Major Programme (DMP), commencing in the 2027-2028 academic year. We aim to recruit a teacher with strong interdisciplinary teaching interests and experience on modern and contemporary China in global perspectives. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in China’s social development, political economy, international relations, as well as innovation and digital China.
