Applicants with a background in social governance, economic development or international relations would be especially welcomed. The appointment will be at the rank of Lecturer.\nApplicants should have (i) a Ph.D. degree in the Humanities or Social Sciences and (ii) a strong commitment to teaching and the pursuit of knowledge. Research credentials on China-related topics, fieldwork experience in China, or experience teaching China studies would be an advantage.\nThe appointee will teach courses offered by the General Education China Programme and other courses, particularly those related to China topics, for the University General Education programme. He/she will be expected to contribute to curriculum development and enhance teaching and learning of programmes.
