TPN are award-winning palletised freight distribution across the UK, Ireland and beyond, powered by a nationwide network of independent transport partners.\nKnown for our award-winning service, we value excellence, teamwork, and innovation - making sure the pallet get to wherever it needs to go.\n Life in this role\nAs a Customer Service Coordinator you will support the Customer Services and Network Services department, delivering a high level of Customer Service to Partners, Customers of Partners and internal Stakeholders.\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm/10am-6pm.\nSome occasional Saturday working may be required (potential remote working for the Saturdays).\nSalary: £29,273 per annum\nKey Duties of a Customer Service Coordinator:\nFirst point of contact for Partner Account and Network Services related enquiries.\nProblem solving for Partners, customers and internal departments.\nMeeting customer and client expectations and meeting agreed SLA’s.\nCollating accurate information for Partner KPI packs and internal business reporting.\nProvide accurate data in a timely manner, for both internal and external stakeholders.\nMaintain a high level of customer/ Partner focus.\nWork closely with internal departments to ensure optimum customer service provision.\nManage Partner agreements in line manager’s absence.\nAssisting with event co-ordination in line manager’s absence.\nMonitor Partner/Operations queries to ensure appropriate and timely solutions, providing guidance where required.\nInvoice generation for specific accounts or events where required.\nDistribution of all Partner communication bulletins.\nTrack and trace system co-ordination where required.\nAction generic TPN email inbox to distribute enquiries effectively.\n What you’ll need ...\nIntermediate level of Microsoft IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook.\nAbility to prioritise tasks effectively to meet all deadlines.\nDisplays a calm and methodical approach if under pressure.\nHigh attention to detail and high level of accuracy.\nProfessional and courteous approach.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent problem solving skills with the desire to share best practice enhancements.\nStrong teamwork approach.\n What is in it for you?\nIf you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, develop your career, and be part of a team that works as one to achieve great results, we'd love to hear from you.
