Enabling growth.\n We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Hoddesdon team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.\nThis is a full-time, permanent opportunity working any 5 in 7 Nights, 23:00 to 07:00, 40 hours per week\nSalary: £26,436.80 Plus Night Shift Allowance of £4192.56\nWhat you'll be doing:\nPick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.\nLoading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT\nEnsure the correct amount of product is picked\nMaintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times\nMaintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse\nMaintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers\nMonitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.\nMaintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.\nEnsure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages\nEnsure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment\n What we need from you:\nRecent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage\nConfident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance\nPPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role\nStrong verbal communication and numerical accuracy\nReliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well\n As part of our drive to make Culina Contract Logistics a great place to work, we are proud to be an inclusive and diverse organisation where we are committed to employee development and recognising success for hard working performers.\nOur dedicated learning and development programmes are open to every employee to give you the opportunity to shape your own future within logistics and continue to work in an environment where team culture thrives.\nOur people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we offer a wide range of benefits which include:\nAnnual Leave -
