Transport Support Operator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a hands on Driver Debriefer to join our Culina Logistics Team.
Shift Pattern
4 on 4 off Nights with Start/finish times 18:30-06:30
Key Accountabilities:
- Correctly debriefing drivers
- Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly
- Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system
- Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information
- Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required
- Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries
- Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs
- Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services
- Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets
- Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS)
- Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads
- Attention to detail / accuracy
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Adaptable approach to work / training
- Conscientious and reliable
- Positive and adaptable attitude
- Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
- Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Able to work as part of a team or individually
- Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level
