Our expertise in temperature-controlled logistics ensures products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time, helping customers maximise availability and minimise waste.\n We’re looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our chilled distribution operation based in Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers who want a structured shift pattern, regular work and the chance to be part of a busy, established transport operation delivering to major retail distribution centres across the UK.\nThis is a permanent role offering full-time stability for HGV Class 1 drivers who will be responsible for RDC deliveries. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.\nShift patterns available\n4 on 4 off (Days)\n5 on 3 off (Days)\nAverage shifts are around 11 hours, depending on route and operational requirements, and additional shifts may be available for drivers who want to increase their earnings.\nPay rates\nOur HGV Drivers have strong earning potential, with earnings from £34000 up to £42000 depending on shifts worked, plus opportunity for overtime for additional OTE.\nYou’ll also receive a £5 daily meal allowance, with Double Decker and disturbance allowances paid where applicable.\nPotential to earn up to £1300 annual safe driver bonus scheme {paid £350 a quarter} based on safe and efficient driving\nWhat you’ll be doing\nCarrying out chilled distribution deliveries to main retail RDCs nationwide\nDelivering to key customer sites including major UK retailers\nCompleting self-tip deliveries where required, including breaking down pallets at certain sites.\nCollecting equipment or returns from customer locations and bringing them back to site.\nReport to the Transport team at the start of each shift and keep them updated on delays, delivery issues or load discrepancies.\nComplete all paperwork accurately and ensure PODs are signed and returned to the Transport Office.\nFollow company procedures, including health, safety and hygiene standards.\nManage your working time in line with the Road Transport Directive and tachograph rules.\nComplete daily vehicle checks and report defects correctly and take responsibility for your unit and trailer, including temperature checks where required.\nMaintain a professional standard of behaviour, appearance and customer service at all times.\n Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence\nCurrent CPC\nKnowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.\nEffectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline\n In return, we offer:\nFully funded CPC training that takes place on a paid working day\n‘Collision Free Year’ awards and associated yearly prize draws\nCoveted ‘Driver of the Year’ accolade -
