This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years’ hands-on payroll administration experience, who enjoys working with data and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\nReporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality payroll service while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess end-to-end payroll activities in line with deadlines\nMaintain and input accurate payroll data (starters, leavers, pay changes)\nRecord and validate time & attendance, absence, sickness, and holiday data\nProduce payslips and ensure accuracy of all payroll outputs\nReview exception reports, investigate discrepancies, and make corrections\nManage statutory deductions and liaise with HMRC and external bodies\nSupport pension administration, including auto-enrolment compliance\nAssist with BACS payment processing\nRespond to employee payroll queries within agreed SLAs\nSupport payroll projects and continuous improvement initiatives\n At least 1-3 years’ payroll administration experience (essential)\nStrong data entry and accuracy skills with high attention to detail\nGood working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements\nExperience using payroll systems (Resourcelink experience highly desirable)\nConfidence using Excel and other MS Office tools\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines\nA proactive, customer-focused approach\n What is in it for you?\nIf you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, develop your career, and be part of a team that works as one to achieve great results, we'd love to hear from you.\nSalary Sacrifice Car Scheme - our salary sacrifice scheme offers a cost-effective way to drive an electric vehicle, with payments taken directly from your salary.
