Working closely with operational leaders, functional experts, suppliers, and customers, you'll ensure projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and aligned to strategic objectives.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping operational improvements, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting large-scale transformation programmes across the Culina Group.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of operational projects through structured planning, coordination, governance, and delivery assurance.\nInitially, you'll oversee and report on a portfolio of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within a major retail transport contract, while managing several significant projects within that programme. Over time, you'll also lead transport and warehousing projects across the wider business.\nYou'll be responsible for:\nDeveloping and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.\nDefining project scope, requirements, assumptions, and success criteria.\nEnsuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with operational requirements.\nIdentifying, managing, and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies.\nCoordinating stakeholders across operations, central functions, suppliers, and customers.\nMonitoring project budgets, financial performance, and efficiency-saving opportunities.\nManaging change requests and maintaining project governance.\nProducing project status reports, dashboards, and updates for senior stakeholders and PMO teams.\nSupporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational readiness activities.\nEnsuring effective project handover into business-as-usual operations.\nCapturing lessons learned and promoting continuous improvement across the Transformation team.\nSharing best practice and contributing to the development of project delivery capabilities across the function.\n We're seeking a confident and commercially minded Project Manager who understands the realities of logistics operations and can successfully bridge the gap between operational requirements and project delivery.\nEssential Experience & Knowledge\nProven project management experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain environments.\nStrong understanding of warehouse and transport operations.\nKnowledge of WMS, TMS, and related operational systems.\nExperience managing project scope, budgets, risks, issues, and change control processes.\nAbility to translate operational requirements into practical project solutions.\nStrong understanding of operational KPIs, reporting, and cost management.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience working with multiple business functions and external partners.\nStrong planning, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities.\nProficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and project governance frameworks.\nDesirable\nPRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or other recognised Project Management qualifications.\nExperience delivering customer-facing operational implementations.\nKnowledge of
