Enabling growth.\n Life in this role\nAs part of our Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Quality Coordinator at our Markham Vale site on a full time permanent basis.\nSalary: £29,742 per annum.\nWorking hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.\nThe purpose of the Quality Coordinator is to support the quality manager in all aspects of the job, ensuring that the high level of customer service we provide is maintained.\n Key Duties of a Quality Coordinator:\nTo be flexible in both cross training and additional support in other parts of the warehouse.\nMonitor and assist the training team with the Nvolve platform.\nSupport the quality manager in GDP training and non-conformance training.\nMeet the customer needs in all areas of quality related requests and issues.\nTo assist in H&S processes and reviews.\nComplete Quality checks (KAPPA, /rework and travel tests).\nAssist in completing internal audits to maintain ISO 9001 standards.\nMonitor warehouse temperatures to complete all sample requests.\nRaise NCRs and follow up with VOEs.\nMaintain the document control matrix.\n What you’ll need ...\nHave excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.\nBe able to communicate well at all levels within the business.\nHave the ability to identify and suggest improvements to benefit both GBD and our customer.\nPC Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook.\nA clear understanding of the customer requirements ensuring that all queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.\nAble to work as part of a team and to clearly demonstrate a professional attitude towards all colleagues.\nAn organised and focused approach to all administrative duties.\n What is in it for you? \nIf you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, develop your career, and be part of a team that works as one to achieve great results, we'd love to hear from you.
