Enabling growth.\n Life in this role\nAs part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Stock and Systems Supervisor on a full time permanent basis.\nWorking hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.\nSalary: £33,351 per annum.\nAs a Stock & Systems Supervisor you will facilitate in day-to-day processes within the supervision of the department. You will ensure that all stock control team KPI targets are met or exceeded and involved in continuous improvement. Supervising Stock Control department to ensure stock integrity and compliance are being delivered to the highest standard.\nKey Duties of a Stock & Systems Supervisor:\nTo assist the Inventory Stock & Systems Manager in the day to day running of the Stock department.\nResolving stock & system and stock issues.\nScheduling and supervising the activities and the functions of the Stock & Admin staff.\nTo feedback on team and individual performance, including behavioural issues, highlighting good performance.\nTo offer suggestions and assist in the organisation of training and development for the stock team Stock and Admin staff, including on-the-job coaching.\nTo assist the Stock Manager in controlling levels of planned and unplanned absence and take appropriate action to ensure cover, and contribute to reductions of unacceptable levels.\nTo take part in maintaining high Health & Safety levels.\nTo supervise and contribute to track & trace requests, product recall and quality assurance.\nMonitoring and scheduling daily, weekly & monthly stock counts checks.\nTo stay in communication with other Managers/Supervisors and Operational Team ensuring smooth flow of operations.\nTo be involved in maintaining systems configuration.\nTo travel and take part in monthly meetings with customers.\n What you’ll need ...\nAble to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.\nMust be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative.\nAble to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of on-site systems and processes.\nAn organised and focused approach to all administrative duties.\nAble to work to tight deadlines.\nPC Literate on intermediate level (Word, Excel and Outlook).\nAbility to efficiently lead a team, delegate, supervise functions and keep staff motivated.\nStrong interpersonal, conciliation skills and the capacity to network with suppliers and customers.\nWorking knowledge of warehouse management systems would be seen as an advantage.\nPrevious experience in a supervisory role and good knowledge of stock control is required.\n What is in it for you?\nIf you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, develop your career, and be part of a team that works as one to achieve great results, we'd love to hear from you.
