Enabling growth.\n Life in this role\nAs part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Stock Controller on a full time permanent basis.\nSalary: £29,535 per annum.\nWorking hours: 4 on 4 off days, 6am-6pm.\nAs a Stock Controller you will play a vital role in maintaining the stock integrity within the warehouse. With an eye for detail and excellent investigative skills you will already have stock control experience and knowledge of WMS.\nKey Duties of a Stock Controller:\nLiaise with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads.\nManage, in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.\nAccurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity ensuring all checks are completed first.\nHold and Release process.\nProvide stock traceability information as and when required for reasons such as recalls etc.\nFully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.\nCompletion of daily reports required on a daily and weekly basis.\nManaging multi client and multi customer queries.\nAssist Stock Management with investigations.\nAny additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control, email queries and samples.\n What you’ll need ...\nPrevious stock control experience.\nAble to demonstrate a high level of detail.\nAble to manage own time to achieve daily targets efficiently and effectively.\nTeam player who can also work on own initiative.\nExcellent communication skills.\nExcellent investigative and problem-solving skills.\nPC literate in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nExperience of Autostore WMS is desirable.\n What is in it for you?\nIf you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, develop your career, and be part of a team that works as one to achieve great results, we'd love to hear from you.
