We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Training Lead to drive training excellence across our busy warehouse operation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) training and assessments.\nConduct new starter on-site inductions and ensure colleagues are fully trained in safe working practices.\nDeliver Manual Handling training and refresher sessions.\nComplete post-incident/accident assessments and retraining where required.\nDevelop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).\nCoach, mentor, and support colleagues to improve operational performance and safety standards.\nMaintain accurate training records and support site compliance activities\n What We're Looking For\n RTITB or ITSSAR accredited MHE Instructor qualification (preferred).\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, health & safety, and training delivery.\nConfident communicator with the ability to engage and develop people at all levels.\nExperience delivering inductions, manual handling training, and operator assessments.\nIOSH qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.\nWhat's in it for You?\nOpportunity to make a real impact on safety, compliance, and colleague development.\nA varied role combining training delivery, coaching, and continuous improvement.\nJoin a supportive and growing logistics operation focused on excellence.\nIf you're passionate about creating a safe, skilled, and high-performing warehouse workforce, we'd love to hear from you\n As part of our drive to make Culina Logistics a great place to work.
