Identifying processes for improvement covering subjects such as safety, service, cost and quality and any other aspects.\nSalary: £29,000-£34,000 per annum.\nWorking hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.\n Key Duties of a Continuous Improvement Engineer:\nDrive the continuous improvement (CI) strategy on site.\nLead and implement CI initiatives in conjunction with the site teams.\nAnalyse process performance and identify areas of improvement.\nTrack and record benefits made.\nDevelop presentations to illustrate process improvements, recommendations and benefit results.\nDevelop current and future process flows to improve the functional areas.
