Shifts are 8.5 hours per day, including a 30-minute unpaid break, with working hours typically falling between 6:00pm to 6:00am.\nPay Rate: £17.09 per hour | Permanent, Full-Time Position\nBonus Opportunities: Earn up to £3,400 per year through our bonus schemes, including:\nUp to £1,000 annual performance bonus\nUp to £200 per month operational bonus\n£250 Refer-a-Friend bonus for successful referrals\nJoin a growing team with excellent earning potential and additional rewards on top of your hourly rate.\n What you’ll be doing:\nSafely operate LPG counterbalance forklift trucks to load, unload, move, and organise palletised freight.\nUse forklift-mounted scanning technology to accurately record freight movements and support full traceability across the network.\nHandle goods with care and accuracy, following site scanning, labelling, and placement procedures.\nWork closely with Team Leaders and colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.\nFollow all health and safety procedures, proactively identifying and reporting risks or unsafe practices.\nComplete daily pre-use checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements promptly.\nKeep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with company standards.\nSupport wider hub activity when required, including freight checks, bay organisation, and general operational support.\n What we’re looking for\nA valid forklift licence, RTITB or equivalent, ideally with at least one year’s experience.\nExperience operating gas or diesel counterbalance trucks is preferred, although electric truck experience will also be considered.\nGood literacy and numeracy skills to support accurate paperwork and freight handling.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.\nA reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach.\n What You’ll Receive:\nOvertime at time and a quarter (1.25x).\n28 days holiday (including bank holidays)\nAccess to a bespoke, state-of-the-art facility designed for comfort, safety, and operational excellence.\nClear career progression pathways within a growing national network.\nOngoing access to diverse training and development programmes.\nPension scheme and other benefits.\nHigh street shops discounts -
