Customer centric service focus is delivered through a site-level empowered culture.\nAt Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive… A place where you're valued, challenged, and inspired!\n Our Lutterworth site have an exciting opportunity for a WMS Systems Trainer to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.\nSalary: £36,000 per annum.\nWorking hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexibility required).\nAs a WMS Systems Trainer you will create engaging training material and courses that impart the necessary skill and knowledge to colleagues. You will have the responsibility to organise courses and manage attendance, ensuring training is delivered to the right individuals.\nKey Duties of a WMS Systems Trainer:\nCreate training materials, manuals, and documentation to support the learning process.\nConduct on-site or remote training sessions for staff on how to use the system, utilising various training methods, such as workshops, presentations, and hands-on exercises, to accommodate different learning styles.\nUndertake assessments to evaluate the proficiency of warehouse staff in using the WMS. Provide constructive feedback to learners and offer additional support as needed.\nDeliver refresher courses or advanced training sessions as the WMS evolves or updates are implemented.\nCollect feedback from trainees regarding the effectiveness of training programs.\nMaintain up-to-date training documentation, manuals, and knowledge repositories.\nStay informed about updates, enhancements, and changes to the WMS.
