Sitting within our engineering function, this role integrates internal tools, ERP platforms, third-party systems, and modern AI capabilities to drive speed, efficiency, and technical excellence across the company. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will proactively identify opportunities to leverage technology and deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, Docker, and modern front-end frameworks (SvelteKit, Vue, or React).\nBuild, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and automations (incorporating LLM APIs, agentic tooling, and MCP integrations) embedded directly into daily business operations.\nConnect internal software, ERP platforms, and third-party tools end-to-end via REST APIs and webhooks, collaborating with external partners to ensure seamless data flow.\nParticipate in technical discovery sessions and process walkthroughs; proactively engage with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and translate requirements into practical solutions.\nShip functional solutions iteratively, evaluate emerging technical tools, and continuously improve systems based on performance and user feedback.\nMaintain detailed documentation of systems, architecture, and integration decisions to support team continuity, security, and long-term maintainability.\nWhat we are seeking:\nProven experience as a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or in a similar technical role within a fast-paced environment.\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, Docker, and modern front-end frameworks (SvelteKit, Vue, or React), supported by solid HTML and SCSS capability.\nDemonstrated experience integrating systems via REST APIs and webhooks.\nPractical experience building with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) or AI-assisted development tools, alongside an active interest in applying AI to practical business processes.\nStrong
