Our Water Cooler Field Technicians play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service through the delivery, installation, servicing, and maintenance of our water coolers and filtration systems.\nIn this field-based role, you'll be responsible for the sanitization, maintenance and servicing of water coolers and drinking water systems at customer locations. You'll help ensure our equipment meets the highest hygiene and performance standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to build a career with a global leader in sustainable water solutions.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nCarrying out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.\nPerforming preventative maintenance to ensure equipment remains safe, hygienic and fully operational.\nInstalling, servicing and repairing water coolers and filtration systems.\nReplacing filters and other consumable components in line with service schedules.\nDiagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.\nCompleting digital service and sanitization records using company systems.\nManaging van stock and maintaining the tools and materials required for daily activities.\nDelivering exceptional customer service and acting as a professional ambassador for Culligan.\nWorking in line with all health, safety and hygiene procedures.\nRequirements\nFull and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points (no disqualifying offences).\nExperience in a field service, maintenance, technical, hygiene or sanitization role is desirable, but training will be giving on full range of products.\nA strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.\nExperience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage a busy schedule.\nExperience working in a target-driven environment and consistently achieving performance standards and service KPIs.\nSound geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.\nBenefits\nMonday -
