Previous experience in Trades management is a plus!\nWhat is the Service Manager responsible for?\nResolving service-related problems, approving billing adjustments as necessary\nEnsure adequate after-hours response to customer emergencies\nMaintaining appropriate staffing level, workload distribution, and employee skills necessary to best serve customers and meet business needs\nProvide sufficient training to ensure employees have the skills and information necessary to exceed customers’ expectations\nDevelop realistic employee performance objectives tied to the dealership’s goals in order to support employee development and empowerment\nMaintain the company’s assets (plant, fleet, equipment, and other inventory)\nAchieve planned gross margin and revenue targets\nConduct regular one on one employee and team meetings around employee and company goals\nHave ability to build team environment-\nKeep their knowledge and skills current as well as that of service personnel.
