This role ensures that operational processes run smoothly, staff are supported and engaged, and customer expectations are consistently met.\nResponsibilities of Service Centre Supervisor:\nSupervise daily operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with SLAs\nLead and motivate the service team including Water Delivery Drivers and Technicians\nAssist in training and development of staff to meet operational standards\nCoordinate deliveries, installations, and maintenance services for optimal customer satisfaction\nManage stock levels and assist with inventory control\nWork closely with management to achieve departmental goals and objectives\nSupport team members with issues and concerns in daily operations\nEnsure health and safety compliance within the service centre\nContribute to performance reviews and recruitment processes\nRequirements\nEssential:\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions\nExperience in managing teams, preferably in operations or service-oriented roles\nOrganisational skills to maintain smooth daily operations\nProficient in daily reporting and data analysis\nBenefits\nMonday -
