About the Role Culmen International is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to support AFCAP, the U.S. Air Force’s rapid-response contingency contracting program. AFCAP delivers critical logistics, construction, and base-support capabilities around the world in support of emergencies, contingency operations, and evolving mission requirements. As a key member of the AFCAP VI Program Management Office, the Deputy Program Manager will help lead complex, globally dispersed operations and ensure continuity of leadership when acting on behalf of the Program Manager. This role supports contract-wide execution, task-order performance, rapid-response readiness, cross-functional coordination, compliance, and engagement with key stakeholders.
