# Program Manager - Basic Life & Operations Support

About the Role Culmen International is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our support of AFCAP, the U.S. Air Force’s rapid-response contingency contracting program. AFCAP provides critical logistics, construction, and base-support capabilities around the world, helping the Air Force respond quickly to emergencies, contingency operations, and evolving mission requirements. As the Program Manager, you will play a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for the successful execution of the contract and associated task orders. You will lead the Program Management Office, serve as the primary interface with Government leadership, and guide all aspects of program delivery, including planning, staffing, global deployments, subcontractor management, quality, safety, security, property, cost, schedule, and performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven program leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is ready to lead complex, globally dispersed operations while responding to urgent requirements.
