As a TSA SPP Training Manager with Culmen International, you will have the opportunity to lead the programs and people responsible for building that readiness.\nYou’ll connect training with real-world operational needs, develop instructors and coaches, identify opportunities to strengthen performance, and help ensure screening personnel have the knowledge and preparation needed to succeed.\nIf you are an experienced training leader who excels at bringing together people, performance, compliance, and operational readiness, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do in Your New Role\nLead the implementation and management of the airport’s TSA screening training program.\nSupervise STIs, ATIs, OJT coaches, and other personnel supporting training delivery.\nCoordinate new-hire, recurrent, remedial, return-to-duty, and specialized training.\nTrack training, certification, OJT, and compliance requirements while maintaining accurate and complete records.\nPartner with TSA training personnel and Culmen operations leadership to coordinate training requirements and schedules.\nEnsure training remains aligned with current TSA SOPs, directives, and nationally developed training requirements.\nAnalyze operational and training performance to identify recurring gaps and develop corrective training.\nMonitor instructor and coach performance and promote consistent training delivery across shifts.\nIntegrate training requirements with operational staffing needs to minimize impacts on checkpoint and baggage operations.\nProvide management with training metrics, compliance status, risks, and recommendations for continuous improvement.\nRequired Qualifications\nSignificant experience managing aviation security, transportation security, law-enforcement, military, or other regulated operational training programs.\nExperience supervising instructors and managing classroom, practical, and OJT programs.\nDemonstrated knowledge of adult-learning principles, training compliance, certification tracking, and remedial training.\nU.S. Citizen or U.S. National with the ability to satisfy applicable TSA background and suitability requirements.\nAbility to work onsite at the assigned airport.\nDesired Qualifications\nPrior TSA SPP training-management experience. \nCurrent or prior STI qualification. \nPrior TSO/STSO or other TSA screening experience. \nFormal instructor-development or adult-learning certification. \nExperience with TSA training systems and screening certification requirements. \nAbout the Company\nCulmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
