You will drive operational excellence - creating safe, well-run offices and deliver world-class employee experiences across all of our regions. You will connect workplace strategy with the daily work of facilities, real estate, health and safety, events, vendors and budgets. You will set clear ways of working across regions, while adapting to local needs. This role is based in Melbourne, with an expectation to work from the office four days each week.\nAs part of this team of amazing humans,\nYou will lead the Camper Experience team and partner with People, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Internal Communications. You will also work with senior leaders across our global hubs.\nYou will\nLead and develop the Camper Experience team across our three regions - APAC, North America and EMEA, overseeing the operations in Culture Amp’s 6 offices - Melbourne, Sydney, San Francisco, Chicago, Berlin and London .\nOversee global facilities and real estate, including leases, office changes, maintenance and workplace standards.\nSet and improve workplace health, safety, compliance and emergency-preparedness practices.\nShape a global events and workplace experience strategy that supports connection across our hubs and remote Camper population.\nManage workplace vendors, contracts and budgets. Set clear expectations for service and delivery.\nBuild reliable operating processes for inspections, safety reporting, service requests and operational reporting.\nUse workplace information, such as space use and service data, to guide priorities and improvements.\nYou have\nSignificant experience in workplace, facilities, real estate or related operations, across multiple locations.\nStrong knowledge of workplace health and safety, compliance, risk management and emergency preparedness.\nDemonstrated people leadership, with the ability to support a team working across regions and time zones.\nExperience managing vendors, budgets, projects and a broad group of stakeholders.\nA service-focused approach and a genuine interest in employee experience, events and connection.\nThe ability and willingness to work from our Melbourne office four days each week.\nYou are\nComfortable setting direction and also solving practical workplace issues as they arise.\nSkilled at balancing global standards with local needs.\nAble to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions about risk, service and cost.\nInterested in improving workplace operations through clear processes and useful data.\nExperience in a global technology or scale-up business, leading an office refit or relocation, producing events, or using workplace-management data would be useful.
