You'll own identity, endpoint management and workplace infrastructure end to end, with AWS, networking and enterprise AI as supporting areas you help keep secure, reliable and well governed. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a service-desk escalation seat: you'll build the automation that makes the environment self-sustaining, and mentor others as you go.\nWhat you'll own\nIdentity & access: Okta administration and identity lifecycle automation: Workflows, SSO, SCIM, access governance, and joiner/mover/leaver processes.\nEndpoint engineering: The Jamf Pro platform and Apple device lifecycle: zero-touch deployment, configuration management, patching, compliance and fleet health.\nWorkplace automation: Reliable automation using Python, PowerShell, Terraform/CloudFormation and workflow platforms to cut manual operations and improve consistency across the SaaS estate.\nWhat you'll do\nCloud & network: Operate selected AWS and Meraki services, improving reliability, security, observability and documented recovery procedures.\nEnterprise AI platforms: Administer and evolve platforms such as Glean, Claude for Enterprise and Gemini including access controls, data-source permissions, integrations, usage governance, security reviews and internal adoption.\nObservability: Design monitoring, alerting and safe remediation workflows for critical services, using automation and AI-assisted operations where appropriate and properly governed.\nEscalation & support: Provide senior escalation support for complex infrastructure and workplace technology incidents, driving root-cause analysis, remediation and preventative improvements.\nWhat you bring\nEssential:\nSeveral years engineering or administering corporate infrastructure in a SaaS or technology-led company\nStrong Okta administration and identity lifecycle experience, including building and troubleshooting Workflows\nStrong Jamf Pro and macOS fleet-management experience\nExperience automating operational processes with Python, PowerShell, APIs, workflows or IaC\nExperience troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root-cause analysis\nStrong stakeholder communication and documentation skills\nWilling to work from the Richmond office at least two days a week\nComfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities\nDive in without being asked, but work-out-loud and share what you’ve learned along the way\nValuable: \nAWS experience: EC2, Route 53, Lambda, Fargate\nTerraform or CloudFormation\nCisco Meraki\nEnterprise AI platform administration and governance\nObservability tooling: CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk or PagerDuty\nJira Service Management, Google Workspace, Slack or Atlassian administration\nPerks & Benefits\nAt Culture Amp, our people are at the heart of our success.
