This is a highly visible, high-impact role that will put you at the forefront of building the infrastructure for the Southern California community. We encourage those seeking a challenging role that will give them ample opportunity to engage and impact the community with their talents to apply.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nLead and manage QA/QC activities across construction projects, ensuring work complies with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and client quality standards.\nDevelop and implement project quality plans, inspection/testing procedures, checklists, and documentation processes throughout construction and closeout.\nPerform regular site inspections and quality audits, identifying deficiencies, tracking NCRs/punch-list items, and driving corrective actions to closure.\nCoordinate closely with GCs, subcontractors, engineering/design teams, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders to resolve quality issues and maintain project standards.\nReview installation documentation, testing records, submittals, turnover packages, and closeout documentation; experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, data center, or mission-critical projects preferred.\nOrganize and maintain framework for project team processes and record keeping of electronic and physical documents. \nDrive the permitting process by designing team documents to be submitted to various local, state, and federal agencies and ensure the applicable permits are moving through the process efficiently. \nEnsure the project design management continues to follow the client project documents such as budget, scope, schedule, and client's design standards. \nPrepare cost and revenue projections.\nOther duties as assigned.\nAttendance at work during normal business hours.\nKnowledge & Skills Required:\nExperience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals.\nDemonstrated ability to monitor scope throughout the project and recommend adjustments when necessary.\nAbility to prepare and communicate cost and revenue projections.\nUtilize effective written and oral communication skills.\nUnderstand how your role contributes to the organization's goals.\nDeliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values.\nHold self-accountable to individual and team goals.\nConsistently communicates and collaborates with team members and clients.\nDemonstrate ability to be dependable, diligent, and thorough.\nExercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project effectively in a compressed timeframe. \nPreferred Education and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. \nA minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management.
