In this role, you will be working on a large scale commercial project. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a role with growth potential as we continue to grow our scheduling and litigation team!\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nTime and/or Cost Impact evaluation.\nSupport project lead’s analysis.\nInterview of stakeholders in conjunction with project lead.\nassemble and review pertinent project documentation.\nIdentify additional information needed for analysis and review same.\nAssist with deliverables.\nOther duties as assigned.\nAttendance at work during normal business hours.\nKnowledge & Skills Required:\nExperience with basic project documentation.\nDemonstrated knowledge of basic project management and controls.\nUtilize effective written and oral communication skills. \nUnderstand how your role contributes to the organization's goals. \nDeliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values. \nHold self accountable to individual and team goals. \nConsistently communicate and collaborate with team members and clients. \nBuild relationships with peers, leaders, and clients. \nProactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression. \nDemonstrate ability to be dependable, diligent, and thorough. \nExercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project effectively in a compressed timeframe. \nPreferred Education and Experience:\nEducation: BA/BS in Civil/Structure/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, finance, law or related field\nExperience: 5+ years in construction industry\nCumming Group is committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunity in its personnel policies and practices.
