Come join our team!\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nManage the development of critical monthly progress reports.\nParticipate in design verifications and construction site walks.\nSupport efforts to collect, integrate and report key project data.\nDevelop and maintain detailed construction schedules.\nPerform forensic scheduling analysis.\nOverview clients’ schedules for as-planned schedule validation, labor productivity, critical path delay and acceleration.\nDevelopment of risk management plan, using crystal ball, PRA.\nManage resource and cost loading of schedules.\nContributes to and monitors scope control, change management and associated implications to project cost and scheduling, escalating when appropriate.\nProvides mentorship to Scheduler I Team Members.\nOther duties as assigned.\nAttendance at work during normal business hours.\nKnowledge & Skills Required:\nExperience with forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects independently.\nExperience with estimate validation and adjustments and comparative cost analyses. \nKnowledge of Pre- and Post-Construction cost audits and valuations.\nExperience performing detailed cost and schedule analyses.\nKnowledge of project document control.\nability to provide forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects. \nDemonstrated ability to develop high-level logic driven schedules.\nUtilize effective written and oral communication skills. \nUnderstand how your role contributes to the organization's goals. \nDeliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values. \nHold self accountable to individual and team goals. \nConsistently communicate and collaborate with team members and clients. \nBuild relationships with peers, leaders, and clients. \nProactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression. \nDemonstrate ability to be dependable, diligent, and thorough. \nExercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project effectively in a compressed timeframe. \nPreferred Education and Experience:\nEducation: BS in Construction Management or Engineering, PSP certification preferred\nExperience: 3-5 years exp in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer, PSP certification preferred\nWork Environment:\nCumming Group Office\nClient Office\nProject Site\nOther _____________________________________\nPhysical Demands:\nContinuous sitting while using computer and/or phone\nConstant use of sight while reviewing documents\nConstant speech/hearing abilities for communication\nAbility to lift up to 20 pounds\nWearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)\nIf applicable, list PPE items to be used: close toed shoes, hard hat, reflective vest, etc. will be required when visiting a construction site.\nOther _____________________________________\nTravel Required:\nDomestic Travel 0-10% 10-25% 25 - 50% 50-75% 75%+\nInternational Travel 0-10% 10-25% 25 - 50% 50-75% 75%+\nFLSA Status: Salary Exempt\nCumming Group is committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunity in its personnel policies and practices.
