This is a full-time, onsite role responsible for managing all phases of project delivery, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, energization, and closeout.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead delivery of utility electrical and high-voltage substation projects from planning through turnover.\nManage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation.\nAct as the primary liaison between utility providers, contractors, engineers, vendors, and site leadership.\nOversee construction, QA/QC, testing, commissioning, and energization activities.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and project requirements.\nLead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost.\nServe as the Owner's Representative for the utility electrical and substation package.\nLead coordination between utility providers, contractors, engineers, vendors, commissioning teams, and data center stakeholders.\nOversee utility interconnections, substations, transformers, switchgear, protection and controls, SCADA, grounding, and power distribution systems.\nManage energization planning, testing, commissioning, and turnover of mission-critical power infrastructure.\nFocus on utility and substation construction rather than building-level electrical systems.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\n12+ years of project management experience with electrical infrastructure or power delivery projects.\nExperience delivering utility substations, high-voltage infrastructure, utility interconnections, transmission/distribution systems, or mission-critical power projects.\nProven experience managing projects exceeding $50M.\nStrong knowledge of substations, transformers, switchgear, breakers, protection and controls, grounding systems, cable systems, and energization.\nAbility to interpret single-line diagrams, electrical drawings, specifications, and commissioning procedures.\nExperience with electrical QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and energization planning.\nProficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with hyperscale data centers, utility, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.\nPMP and/or PE certification.\nPrevious experience serving as an Owner's Representative on large-scale electrical utility or substation projects.\nExperience leading utility interconnections, switching coordination, and substation energization activities.\nWorld Wide Professional Solutions (WWPS) is committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunity in its personnel policies and practices.
