This position is responsible for inspecting control panels, verifying wiring and torque specifications, performing electrical testing, and ensuring panels meet company standards and UL 508A requirements before shipment.\nCummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.\nAs part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. Inspect industrial control panels for quality and workmanship\nVerify wiring matches electrical schematics and panel layouts\nVerify torque specifications on breakers, lugs, terminals, and bus connections\nPerform continuity testing and basic electrical testing\nComplete QC checklists and torque logs\nIdentify wiring errors, labeling issues, or component installation problems\nWork with technicians to correct issues found during inspection\nEnsure panels meet UL 508A wiring methods and company standards\nMaintain QC documentation and project closeout records\nAssist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) when required\nVerify panels are complete and ready for shipment\nMaintain organized QC documentation and test records\nQualifications\n2+ years industrial control panel experience preferred\nAbility to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams\nKnowledge of control panel wiring, labeling, and assembly practices\nFamiliarity with torque tools and electrical testing equipment\nUL 508A knowledge preferred\nStrong attention to detail\nBasic computer skills for documentation and reports\nAbility to work in a shop environment\nMust be able to work legally in
