We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.\nAs part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact!\nResponsibilities\nRecord inventory movements in the WMS and other inventory systems, maintaining accurate, real-time stock levels.\nConduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts, reporting discrepancies to the Inventory Supervisor.\nReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and condition.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to move and store materials.\nOrganize inventory to ensure materials are easily accessible for production and operational needs.\nEnsure materials, components, and finished goods are available to meet production schedules.\nAssist in moving materials to the appropriate warehouse and production areas to maintain workflow.\nProcess inventory transactions, including stock adjustments, returns, and order fulfillment.\nParticipate in audits to confirm inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.\nFollow safety protocols for material handling and equipment use, maintaining an organized and hazard-free work environment.\nGenerate inventory reports and assist the Inventory Supervisor and Warehouse Manager with administrative or operational tasks as needed.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.\nWork Schedule:\nMonday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (subject to business needs)\nOccasional Saturdays as required\nDuring active projects, hours may shift to 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some Saturdays\nQualifications\nCertification and experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.\nFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) or other inventory tracking systems.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for inventory reporting, documentation, and creation. \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a record of maintaining or improving inventory accuracy.\nKnowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nDemonstrated initiative and teamwork; ability to support and guide peers in inventory or warehouse procedures.\nComfortable stepping into a leadership role when needed to support operational flow and team performance.\nHow We Support You:\nAt Cummings Electrical, we foster a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
