Every day, we work towards our vision of revolutionizing how value is delivered so that our customers will not consider hiring anyone else and our employees will not consider working anywhere else.\nResponsibilities\nParticipate in subcontractor project orientation meetings, project team meetings, and GC sub meetings\nDevelop submittal logs\nCommunicate and coordinate submittals and coordination drawings with subcontractors and Project Superintendent\nReview and process all submittal data and shop drawings to ensure project schedules are expedited and materials are delivered on time\nSustain productive customer relationships while meeting the company’s needs\nSupport Project Manager in pricing and selling of change orders\nQualifications\nB.S. degree in Construction Science, Management, Engineering, or other related experience preferred\nOne year of relevant construction related experience. Previous construction internship preferred\nAnalytical thinker who can identify problems as well as potential solutions\nDemonstrated willingness to offer ideas, opinions, and feedback\nAbility to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively throughout the organization and with our suppliers/partners\nAbility to lead through influence to drive change and deliver positive outcomes\nStrong math and problem solving skills are required\nProficient in Microsoft Office platform including Word, Excel, and Outlook\nBluebeam software proficiency preferred\nWilling to travel to project jobsites throughout the country, if needed\nHow we support you:\nAt Cummings, we are motivated by achieving our goals and fostering a strong work ethic.
