We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.\nAs part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact!\nResponsibilities\nEstablish and maintain a positive, engaged team\nTrain and develop team members to align with production needs and business flexibility requirements\nClearly define and communicate expectations\nEstablish and improve workflow for a variety of products; setting standards and regularly following up on standardized processes\nHave the managerial courage to hold team accountable to operational goals\nUtilize the Tiered Meeting process to track and analyze key operational metrics and implement actions to improve operational performance\nDirect day-to-day activities in respective departments, including manpower movement, job assignments, time/attendance/vacation data\nCommunicate with respective departments on subjects relating to policy problem resolution, department objectives and quality issues\nControl and manage overtime, tool and other budgets within current guidelines\nManage payroll, attendance, performance reviews and other administrative needs in a timely and accurate manner\nUnderstand the prioritization of hundreds of incoming workorders and the fluidity of changing customer demands\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
