In this role you will also possess experience with projects involving commercial/industrial electrical construction and be responsible for the administration and control of all aspects of the Cummings site specific safety and compliance objectives.\nResponsibilities\nMust maintain and enforce safety policies on jobsite\nWillingness to travel nation wide\nMust have active driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report\nAbility to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation\nAbility to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts\nAbility to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job duties\nQualifications\n3+ years of electrical construction experience which includes leading large jobs in the Industrial/Commercial industry\nCan oversee a crew of 15+ electricians\nAbility to manage/oversee multiple projects simultaneously\nActive Journeyman’s License required\nProficient with the National Electrical Code\nExposure to Bluebeam and/or Salesforce is a plus\nProficiency with MS Office Suite, including excel and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint\nStrong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills\nStrong customer service skills required\nHow we support you:\nOur environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
