This role is the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and owns the intake, routing and completion of HR requests through the HR Help Desk.The HR Coordinator ensures accuracy, responsiveness and consistency across HR processes while maintaining data integrity within HR systems. This role plays a critical part in improving the employee experience, reducing administrative burden for HRBPs and in supporting compliance.\nResponsibilities\nHR Help Desk and Employee Support\nServe as the first level owner of HR Help Desk tickets, ensuring timely response and resolution\nAnswer general HR inquiries and route items appropriately when escalation is needed\nTrack and follow up on open requests to ensure completion and service level expectations are met \nTime, Pay and Employment Verification\nProcess hours requests\nComplete verification of employment requests in a timely and compliant manner\nPre Employment and Onboarding Transactions\nResponsible for pre-employment licensure and maintenance process\nProcess UKG transactions from onboarding into core systems\nComplete I 9 processing and follow up to ensure compliance \nTracking and Administrative Ownership\nTrack referral bonuses and sign bonuses for accuracy and timely processing\nMaintain accurate employee records and documentation within HR systems\nSupport audits, reporting and data requests related to HR transactions\nSupport special HR projects as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR administrative, coordinator or support role\nBachelor’s degree preferred\nExperience working with HRIS platforms, UKG experience a plus\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nStrong customer service mindset with the ability to handle confidential information\nClear written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment\nEqual Employment Opportunity Cummings Electrical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
