Submission of related documentation with banks, preparation on UFCE exposure and submitting with bank on quarterly basis. Accounting of MTM impact and allocation the resultant FX impact between business units of the same LE. Submission of Forecast data for exposure & royalty and other applicable remittances to overseas entities. Also analyzing the Forex impact for all LE on monthly basis and preparing the explanation for board on quarterly basis. Reviewing forex transaction and suggesting BU to follow the steps in order to need FEMA guidelines. Tracking FX contract, its utilization, rollover, communication with CBS for utilizing import contract.
