Advises leaders on removing governance, reporting and policy impediments to an agile transformation. Develops an agile metrics and measures program to provide visibility of agility health and transformation progress. Facilitates workshops on various agile practices and techniques relating to the various roles and functions within an agile organization. Coaches the application of system thinking to identify and remove flow constraints, hand offs, wastes, and impediments. Tailors coaching for teams and individuals to help them identify gaps in performance and achieve high performance over time. Coaches leaders and stakeholders in appropriate behavior and interactions within an agile organization.
