During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, 4 days onsite with Cummins and inclusive of 1 day per week for study at Kirklees College. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain a Level 2 Customer Service qualification.\nFor this particular role we are under a legal obligation to ensure that candidates have completed a (Standard) Background Check. The (Standard) Background Check consists of an identity check, a comprehensive 5-year history check covering employment, education and any gaps, and criminal record checks to be considered for this role.\n In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: \nRepresenting the customer within the department in relevant meetings. \nRepresenting the client to the customer by communicating any potential changes in order requirements in a timely and appropriate manner.\nUndertaking analysis and identifying abnormal demand and report findings as necessary.\nRunning and actioning required reports and distributing to relevant departments. \nActing as an onsite representative to expedite parts to the warehouse.\nBeing an active member of the customer support team and providing excellent customer care.\n To be successful in this role you will need the following:\nApplicants must have achieved GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics, as well as Grade 4/C or above across all other subjects.\n\nProactive Approach to all tasks taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.\nCustomer focus with building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.\nEnsures accountability by holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.\nCommunication skills, written & verbal.
