Adjust messaging for customers, technicians, and leadership. Be clear, concise, and action-oriented; reinforce priorities regularly.\n\nCustomer focus - Build strong relationships with key customers and anticipate needs. Translate customer expectations into actionable service plans. Drive responsiveness, quality, and issue resolution to improve satisfaction.\n\nInfluence the Health, Safety and Environmental Culture - Champion a strong health, safety, and environmental culture. Lead by example and hold teams accountable to safety standards. Integrate safety into daily operations and decision-making.\n\nService Capability, Capacity and Coverage - Use service capability metrics to identify gaps and prioritize improvements. Align technician capacity, skills, parts, and tools to demand. Continuously improve coverage, efficiency, and service consistency across the branch.\n\n Education/Experience:\nCollege, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.\n\nSix Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required.\n\nSignificant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.\n\nAdditional Information\nSix Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification preferred.\n\nCollege, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject preferred.\n\nCompensation\nPlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
