order to be succesful in this role you will need the following:\nAdvancedknowledgeandexperiencewithchassissystems,diagnostics,repair,andmaintenance.\nAbilitytoperformcomplextroubleshootingandrepairsusingelectronicservicetoolsanddiagnosticsoftware.\nStrongunderstandingofelectrical,mechanical,fuel,cooling,exhaust,aftertreatment,driveline,andcontrolsystems.\nExperiencedocumentingrepairs,diagnostics,andmaintenanceactivitiesinservicemanagementsystems.\nAbilitytoprovideguidance,coaching,andtechnicalsupporttolessexperiencedtechnicians.\nStrongcommunication,customerservice,andteamworkskills.\nCommitmenttosafety,quality,andcontinuousimprovement.\nVocationaldiplomafromarelevanttechnicalinstitutionpreferred.\nValiddriver'slicenserequired.\nCDLmayberequireduponhire.FederallawrequiresCDLholderstobeatleast21yearsofage.\nApprenticeTrainedTechniciancertificationpreferred.\n Work well in a team environment,\n- A CDL may be required to obtain upon hire\n- Federal law requires a CDL holder to be 21 years of age or older\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications:\nApprentice Trained Technician (Preferred).\nVocational diploma from relevant technical institution.\nLocally valid driving permit\nThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nAdvanced level knowledge of and/or experience with chassis products\nExperience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred)\nCompensation
