You will contribute to the development, implementation, and support of PLC-based control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes. FANUC programming exposure is a plus.\nIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:\nConfigure, program, and support PLC-based machine controls on production equipment.\n\nTroubleshoot controls/electrical/sensor issues to restore production quickly and safely.\n\nAssist in designing and updating electrical control schematics and documentation.\n\nExecute improvement actions that enhance quality, stability, and uptime.\n\nApply change control and maintain accurate revision history for control logic.\n\nCollaborate with production, maintenance, and quality to align solutions to plant goals.\n\nSupport equipment startups, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.\n\nContribute to safety risk assessments and implement control safeguards/interlocks.\n\n To be successful in this role you will need the following:\nHands-on experience with PLC-based control systems in a manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to diagnose controls/electrical/sensor issues methodically under time pressure.\n\nClear, collaborative communication with cross-functional partners.\n\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, product quality, and continuous improvement.\n\nExposure to FANUC robot programming (plus).\n\nKey Competencies:\nAnalytical Troubleshooting\n\nTeam Collaboration and Communication\n\nAttention to Safety and Quality\n\nLearning Agility and Ownership\n\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications:\nCollege, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.\n\nExperience:\nControls engineering, industrial automation, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\nExperience developing, implementing, and supporting PLC-based control systems; factory and FANUC programming is a plus.\n\n Strong knowledge of controls engineering principles, including PLC programming, electrical control systems, automation technologies, and manufacturing processes.
