Use structured methods to identify root causes, implement durable solutions, and prevent recurring issues in electrical systems and automated equipment.\n\nAdaptability and continuous learning - Stay current with new technologies, evolving safety standards, and updated manufacturing practices so you can respond effectively to changing work demands.\n\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.\nThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nRequires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.\n To be successful in this role you will need the following:\nOneof the following minimum requirements:- At least 7 years of experience in a relevant trade field, or\n- A Journeyman Trade Certificate with relevant experience, or\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and blueprints.\nAbility to provide training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices.\nWillingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production.\nA 2-year technical degree in a related field, plus 3 years’ experience working in the Machine Repair/Industrial Electrical field\n\nElectrician Specific:\nKnowledge and understanding of the NEC and IEC (National Electrical Code and Industrial Electrical Code) is required along with training, authorization, and certification in 70E.\nKnowledge and troubleshooting skills ofPLC, HMI, Servo Drives, CNC, automation, and Robotic controls is required.\nRelevant Experience may include:\nControls Engineering \nIndustrial Automation\nRobotics\nResidential or Commercial Electrical\nHeavy Duty Equipment Maintenance\nWelding and Fabrication\nMachining\nFarming and Agricultural work, specifically maintenance and repair of equipment \nCompensation:\n$2.29 shift premium in addition to base pay\nTool Program -
