As part of the Electrical Engineering team, you will contribute to the development of innovative hardware systems from concept through validation, helping bring advanced technologies to market. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will partner across electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering disciplines to solve complex technical challenges and support all phases of product development, including ideation, design, testing, integration, and implementation. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a small, agile team where initiative, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration are highly valued. Occasional travel to a testing facility near Seattle, WA, and limited international customer travel may be required.\nPreferred experience designing and developing electrical hardware systems through the full product development lifecycle, from concept to validation.\nStrong understanding of electronics, power electronics, and electrical engineering first principles.\nPreferred proficiency with engineering design and analysis tools such as Altium, Creo Schematic, Zuken, LTSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, and similar platforms.\nAbility to solve complex problems that span electrical, mechanical, and integrated system domains.\nDemonstrated capability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving development environments.\nStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to partner across multiple engineering disciplines.\nProven ability to take ownership of projects, maintain organized work practices, and drive deliverables with minimal supervision.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAdaptable, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for developing advanced hybrid technologies.\nPreferred experience supporting testing, validation, integration, and implementation activities for complex engineering systems.\nWillingness to travel occasionally to testing facilities and customer locations as business needs require.\nRelocation assistance is not currently being offered for this position.
