or financial controls.\n To be successful in this role you will need the following:\nIntermediate to advanced English proficiency.\n\nFinancial analysis and financial performance evaluation.\n\nAnnual budget (AOP) preparation and management.\n\nFinancial forecasting development and control.\n\nFinancial reporting and variance analysis.\n\nKnowledge of U.S. GAAP and Mexican GAAP.\n\nGeneral knowledge of fixed assets accounting.\n\nMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (intermediate to advanced level).\n\nPower BI.\n\nOracle ERP.\n\nArtificial Intelligence tools for analysis, reporting, and presentations.\n\nKnowledge of financial controls, auditing, and regulatory compliance.\n\nFinancial KPI interpretation and cost
