identify opportunities and support effective business decisions.\n\nChampion customer satisfaction and service excellence by monitoring Net Promoter Score and Lens of the Customer results and fostering a strong customer-focused culture across branches.\n\nImprove branch service performance by managing warranty submissions and rejections, identifying recurring warranty issues, and improving Repair Event Cycle Time.\n\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, oversee audits, and promote a culture of corporate responsibility that supports employees and local communities.\n\nLead, develop, and retain high-performing teams by coaching Branch Managers, establishing and monitoring work plans and Individual Development Plans, and creating opportunities for certification or Sponsor certification required.\nExperience:\nSignificant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.\n\n The New Mexico GM is responsible for managing Service Operations in the Albuquerque and Farmington branches.\n\nMinimum 5+ years of operational management experience leading multi-segment service operations (Power Generation, On Highway, and Industrial)\n\nDemonstrated experience leading service operations teams, including technicians, supervisors, and support staff\n\nProven ability to manage complex, multi-segment service environments with competing customer and operational priorities\n\nStrong track record of delivering results across key operational metrics (productivity, work in progress, financial performance, and
